In autumn 2005 I will be in a 2 person show at Studio 19 in Easthampton, Massachusetts .  I’m currently working on 3 different series: random, tonal and non traditional style portraits.

What’s the most annoying part of your job, if there is such part?
The mundane atmosphere at the photo lab that I work at hinders my inspiration and opportunity to photograph at my desire.

Were you trained in photography or was it just a case of trial and error? In case of any school, do you recommend it?
While attending Florida Atlantic University I took several photography courses which instructed me in the basics and also allowed me the freedom to experiment with innovative techniques.  This encouraged me to find my own voice as a photographer.

Any handy hints for a rookie photographer?
Believe in yourself and don’t be afraid to experiment.
